Best cure?

whats the best cure for a hangover? and please to say 'dont drink' cause thats an obvious

...(sorry MsB i culdnt help it)
Answer:
The best cure for a hangover is to drink lots of water. In fact, you can prevent a hangover (or at least minimize it's severity) by drinking lots of water prior to getting drunk and before going to bed. Hangovers are mainly caused by dehydration.
Drinking pedialyte the night before will make sure you don't get hangovers. (Hopefully, I spelled pedialyte right) A hangover happens only because you're body is dehydrated.

Pedialyte works better than water!
well they always say have a little drink of what you had the night before if you can stomach it. I always have a pizza for breakfast followed by a can of red bull works a treat.
The best cure for a hangover is a can of coca cola. No other drink. Not Pepsi. Not even diet coke, just plain coke. This was made as a hangover cure in the 1800's and still works. I have told lots of people about it and when they try it, they always tell me that it worked. You drink the whole can. After a while you do some burps and farts, then you funny tummy clears up and the headache goes. Try it.
Oh Mel Hon, why? And yes, you could help it! C'mon Sweetie, we've been talking about this for a while now and I really thought that you would listen and learn. You are so young, Sweetie. You NEED to stop, before you ruin yourself. That being said, if you ever get faced with temptation, make sure you take 2-3 Aspirin before going to bed after one of your drinking binges. I am not angry. I just want to help you. Also, you have to eat before you go out to drink, if you "absolutely have to". Mel, you are now at the stage, where you are surely on your way to becoming an alcoholic. Sorry, I know that sounds harsh and hateful, but as I stated before, I am trying to safe you from yourself. Without your own will to stop though, there is nothing anyone can do. Please Mel, enroll into some sort of AA meetings or the like. I am being truthful and honest about it. Well, too late now (at least for this one glitch), so no reason to harp on it further. Mel, pls. go and get help and don't feed me no lines about "I couldn't help it" Nobody forced that alcohol down your throat. Did they? You just wanna fit in and at your young age I understand, but please Mel, stop before there is no turning back. Trust me Hon, I wasn't born being 44! I too had my young days and heck yeah, I drank too. It was cool. I fit in. Everybody did it. I was, however, one of the lucky ones, who stopped before it was too late. But back to the hangover, cause I know you don't want a lecture, rather, you want to get help getting rid of the hangover. I already mentioned hangover before going to bed but I guess that might come a little late! Well, just as much as taking the Aspirin immediately after your drinking binge or in some cases, people take them before they even go, you can also take them the day after; provided that you have no allergic reaction to Aspirin and derivities thereof. In that case, you can also try Tylenol or Excerin Tension, my fist choice, since I am, in fact ASA (Aspirin sensitive Asthma) . Also, make sure that your water intake is appropriate, as well as eating some plain white bread (which kind of "soaks up" the alcohol in your system. Whatever you decide, Hon, make sure that the booze is completely out of your system before getting behind the wheel. Good luck to you my dear and don't be angry for my somewhat brutal honesty. I really am trying to help you. Take good care of yourself and be careful. You really are on your way to becoming an alcoholic and Sweetie, you are way too young to ruin your health and potentially cause irreversible damage to your liver. Get help before it's too late for you. Please, take my words to heart and as always, if you need further advice, you know how to find me :) Take good (better) care of yourself and don't let that peer pressure or whatever the cause is, catch up with you. Remember, you have your upcoming trip to Europe and don't want to chance messing that up now, do you? Believe me, it will be something you'll never ever forget andI know you don't want to miss that. It's something I wish every young person could experience before the serious part of life (work, family, etc.) begines. Best wishes, MsB.
P.S. Mel, don't be angry for my scorning you. Somebody has to before you ruin your trip and, potentially your life.
Hey there girl!
hmm.looks like your only going further down the rope. I remember being so hung over that I couldn't eat anything and when I drank fluids I'd throw it all up. It was already nighttime and I couldn't eat anything still and started getting dizzy. That night, even though I was still hung over all I wanted to do was drink.
I know there were times when I knew that I shouldn't drink but I wanted alcohol so much to make me feel better that I just drank and didn't think about the consequences the morning after.

hmm try to keep yourself hydrated...drink vitamin water and take a few aspirins like MsB said.

Sucks...but it's part of the consequences. I think you've gotten some answers by now as far as wether you need help with you drinking or not.

Look up an AA meeting in your area. Go to one that has a few tables at a time. Those are the larger meetings so you have more chances or finding people you can absolutley relate to. AA is free ( except for the dollar they ask you to donate which is used to help pay for the rent and coffee and cookies). Noone there is paid to be there. We are just a bunchh of drunks trying to help each other. And we looooooove helping newcomers!
If you have any question at all please feel more free to send me an e-mail and I will gladly respond!

Take care, Love!
